Returns

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy:

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@alma-kaffee.com to obtain a Return number. After receiving the number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a method with a tracking number to ship your return.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 3 to 4 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items may not be returned:

- Bags of coffee beans or ground coffee

In the case of defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@alma-kaffe.com  to arrange a refund or exchange. Any request to return or exchange a defective product must be accompanied by photographs or videos clearly showing the defect.
